On the margins of the Tanzania–Nigeria Trade & Investment Forum in Lagos, the Tanzania Building Agency met with the  President of the Real Estate Developers Association (REDAN) and Quantum Agency Ltd, and toured innovative real estate projects to explore collaboration and investment opportunities in the sector.

The Mission in collaboration with Tanzania Investment Centre held a "Strategic Investment Forum" in Lagos, Nigeria

On 8th June 2024, the Mission in collaboration with Tanzania Investment Centre (TIC) held a "Strategic Investment Forum" and presented to selected members of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCIA)  vast investment opportunities available in the United Republic of Tanzania.

The business mission  to Tanzania by  Members of  LCCIA will be organized as one of the outcomes of the forum.

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
