On the margins of the Tanzania–Nigeria Trade & Investment Forum in Lagos, the Tanzania Building Agency met with the  President of the Real Estate Developers Association (REDAN) and Quantum Agency Ltd, and toured innovative real estate projects to explore collaboration and investment opportunities in the sector.

During Dr. Akinwumi Adesina's working visit to the United Republic of Tanzania (8-10 Feb, 2022), H. E. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, laid the foundation stone for the 112.3 Km Dodoma Outer Ring Road for its capital city, financed by the African Development Bank (AfDB).

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
