On the margins of the Tanzania–Nigeria Trade & Investment Forum in Lagos, the Tanzania Building Agency met with the  President of the Real Estate Developers Association (REDAN) and Quantum Agency Ltd, and toured innovative real estate projects to explore collaboration and investment opportunities in the sector.

The Richest Man in Africa, Alhaji Aliko Dangote paid a courtesy call on Her Excellency, Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania to discuss among other things the possibility of an expansion of his investment in the country.

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
