Tanzanian High Commissioner Hosts ACCI Deputy President to Advance Tanzania–Nigeria Trade and Investment Cooperation.

On 2 June 2026, The Tanzania High Commissioner to Nigeria H. E. Selestine Gervas Kakele welcomed Prof. Adesoji Adesugba, the Deputy President of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) at Tanzania House Abuja. During the Meeting H.E Kakele and Prof Adesugba focused on exploring opportunities to further strengthen the existing bilateral relations between Tanzania and Nigeria, particularly in the areas of trade, investment, commerce, and private sector collaboration. With the upcoming ACCI trade mission to Tanzania in August 2026, discussions highlighted the importance of fostering business-to-business engagements, and creating new avenues for mutual growth and prosperity between the two countries Private Sectors.

H. E. Dr. Benson Alfred Bana Meets with Amb Isaac Moses, CEO Goge Africa to Drive "Destination Tanzania"

 

 Amb. Isaac Moses and His Excellency Dr Benson Alfred Bana

His Excellency Dr Benson Alfred Bana on 15th October, 2021 met with Amb. Isaac Moses and Amb. Nneka Isaac Moses of Goge Africa. To carry forward the discussion on collaborating to drive forward Tanzania tourism. Goge seeks to be linked up with appropriate authorities in Tanzania for destination promotion partnership. 

This is a second physical meeting with the Goge team. This follow up meeting was proceeded by a meeting which held on 19th October, 2020 at the premises of Goge Africa.

Air Tanzania is Granted Foreign Carrier Operating Permit

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
