TANZANIAN DIASPORA IN GHANA URGED TO SUPPORT THE EFFORTS OF TANZANIA HIGH COMMISSION, IN ABUJA IN IMPLEMENTING ECONOMIC DIPLOMACY STRATEGY IN GHANA

H. E. Dr. Benson Alfred Bana and Representatives of the Tanzania Diaspora in Ghana

H. E. Dr. Benson Alfred Bana met with Tanzanian Diaspora in Accra, Ghana on 11^th February 2022.  During His Excellency urged members of the Diaspora to support the efforts of the Tanzania High Commission, Abuja in its implementation of economic diplomacy strategy of the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Furthermore, he listed the areas of focus to include promoting tourism by increasing the number of tourists from Ghana to Tanzania, attracting investors from Ghana to Tanzania as well as promoting trade between Tanzania and Ghana.

The Tanzania Diaspora were appreciative to the High Commissioner for creating time to meet with them despite his busy schedule. They used the opportunity to present their concerns to the High Commissioner and solicited his intervention to resolve them.
