On 22nd of April, 2026 the TBA delegation also met with the Abuja Investment Company Limited, discussions focused on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models for infrastructure financing, culminating in a site visit to the Garki Ultra-Modern Market a practical example of successful PPP implementation. This visit provided valuable, hands-on insights aligned with TBA’s mandate, further strengthening knowledge exchange and cooperation between Tanzania and Nigeria.

Prof. Ayo Omotayo, Director General of National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru was represented by Brig. Gen CFJ Udaya (rtd) plsc (+) mni, Secretary/Director of Administration on a courtesy visit on H. E. Dr. Benson Alfred Bana at the Chancery on Wednesday, 20th April, 2022. Among other things, the deliberations centred on the preparations regarding African study tour visit of Senior Executive Course No. 44, 2022 to Tanzania by August, 2022.

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
