On the margins of the Tanzania–Nigeria Trade & Investment Forum in Lagos, the Tanzania Building Agency met with the  President of the Real Estate Developers Association (REDAN) and Quantum Agency Ltd, and toured innovative real estate projects to explore collaboration and investment opportunities in the sector.

On 28th September, 2022, H. E. Dr. Benson Alfred Bana received Mr. Sana Issouf, President Directeur General (MD/CEO) of IND. MOVE Sarl, and Mr. Bertrand Tiemtore, Director General E. C. T. B both Burkina Faso based companies in motorcycle assembly, communication and transport sectors. They are seeking information on investment opportunities and incentives offered to investors by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania and Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar.

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
