The High Commission Participates in the National Defence College Course 32 International Culture Fest.

On 4th May, 2024, the Participants of National Defence College Course 32 celebrated the International Culture Fest. Participants were drawn from 19 countries including Tanzania, Ghana, South Africa, Botswana, India, Brazil, Cote d'Ivoire, Benin, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Zambia, Zimbabwe among others. The Tanzania High Commission was on ground to showcase Tanzania products, food and artifacts.

H. E. Dr Benson Alfred Bana, Exploring New Frontiers To Strengthen Tanzania-Nigeria Bilateral Ties


On 25th October, 2022, H. E. Dr. Benson A. Bana met with Amb. Rabiu Dagari, Director General of the Directorate of Technical Cooperation in Africa (DTCA) to chart out new frontiers for collaboration between the Directorate and the Tanzania Mission in Abuja for the furtherance of Tanzania-Nigeria bilateral ties.

DTCA is an agency under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affair of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with the mandate to enhance Africa’s development by creating an enabling environment and opportunity for Africa's professionals to invest their immense intellect, expertise and skills in the economies of Africa; and bridge the widening economic and scientific gap between the continent and the rest of the world.
