  On 28th May 2025, The  High Commission in Abuja was honored to welcome Mr Leonard Bernard Mkude (CPA) Accountant General, Ministry of Finance of the United Republic of Tanzania.  The Accountant General is in Abuja, for an  Official Visit that aims, among other things, to Equip the Mission with tools to Engage Financial Services Stakeholders in the area of accreditation.

Happy Nyerere Day!


October 14 is a special day for the United Republic of Tanzania, it is a day set aside for the commemoration of the life of Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere, Father of the Nation. He was the first Prime Minister of independent Tanganyika (1961) and first President of the United Republic of Tanzania.

A Pan-Africanist per excellence, anti-colonial activist, politician, and political theorist. (13 April, 1922 - 14 October, 1999)
