On 22nd of April, 2026 the TBA delegation also met with the Abuja Investment Company Limited, discussions focused on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models for infrastructure financing, culminating in a site visit to the Garki Ultra-Modern Market a practical example of successful PPP implementation. This visit provided valuable, hands-on insights aligned with TBA’s mandate, further strengthening knowledge exchange and cooperation between Tanzania and Nigeria.

A Courtesy Visit To H. E. Amb. Dr. Benson Alfred Bana by H. E. Kalilou Traore, Ambassador of Côte d'Ivoire to Nigeria.


On Wednesday, 19th July 2023, H. E. Kalilou Traore, Ambassador of Côte d'Ivoire to Nigeria and ECOWAS payed a courtesy visit to Tanzania High Commissioner, H. E. Dr Benson Alfred Bana. The two diplomats had discussions on matters of mutual diplomatic interest and benefit to both countries.

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
