On the margins of the Tanzania–Nigeria Trade & Investment Forum in Lagos, the Tanzania Building Agency met with the  President of the Real Estate Developers Association (REDAN) and Quantum Agency Ltd, and toured innovative real estate projects to explore collaboration and investment opportunities in the sector.

On 27th August, 2023, in Lagos, the High Commissioner. Benson Alfred Bana, had a meeting with Mr. Charles D. Opoku Fordjour, Chairman/CFO of LUMIERE GROUP INTERNATIONAL. The discussion revolved around the investment opportunities in Tanzania which LUMIERE GROUP INTERNATIONAL is interested to explore more, including but not limited to Banking, Real Estate (low cost housing) and Manufacturing.

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
