On 9th May 2024, the High Commission had fruitful discussions with Directors of  Eco Green Investment (EGI) Company regarding available investment  opportunities in Tanzania.  EGI is eying to invest in Tanzania in Agro-Processing , Blue Economy,  Tourism, Science and Technology in the near future.

On 25th October 2023, Ambassador Dr. Benson Alfred Bana received H. E. Matsunaga Kazuyoshi, Ambassador of Japan to Nigeria. He bade farewell to Dr. Bana who has just completed his tour of duty in Nigeria.

PHCCIMA is the leader of the private sector in River State. Rivers State is regarded as a gateway to the oil rich region of the Niger Delta in Nigeria.
