Dr. Tulia Ackson, Speaker of the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania who is leading the Tanzania delegation to the Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPC).

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
