On 22nd of April, 2026 the TBA delegation also met with the Abuja Investment Company Limited, discussions focused on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models for infrastructure financing, culminating in a site visit to the Garki Ultra-Modern Market a practical example of successful PPP implementation. This visit provided valuable, hands-on insights aligned with TBA’s mandate, further strengthening knowledge exchange and cooperation between Tanzania and Nigeria.

Amb. Said Shaib Mussa, Deputy Permanent Secretary met with Amb. Ibrahim Zanna, Deputy Chief of Protocol




On 11th December, 2023, Amb. Said Shaib Mussa, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania met with Amb. Ibrahim Zanna, Deputy Chief of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Federal Republic of Nigeria. The two Ambassadors discussed issues on how to further strengthen the existing relations between Tanzania and Nigeria.

  Ghana Civil Aviation Authority, a Government agency has granted a Foreign Carrier Operating Permit to Air Tanzania to commerce scheduled flights between Dar es Salaam and Accra. The commencement of direct flights between these two cities will ease connectivity and promote trade, investment and tourism activities.  This step marks another milestone of enhancing relations and cooperation between Tanzania and West Africa region.
