Tanzania Building Agency (TBA) Study Tour to the Abuja Investment Company Limited

On 22nd of April, 2026 the TBA delegation also met with the Abuja Investment Company Limited, discussions focused on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models for infrastructure financing, culminating in a site visit to the Garki Ultra-Modern Market a practical example of successful PPP implementation. This visit provided valuable, hands-on insights aligned with TBA’s mandate, further strengthening knowledge exchange and cooperation between Tanzania and Nigeria.

Climate Change Impacting Heavily On Africa - Tanzania Experiences Tragic Flash Flood and Landslide



The High Commission expresses its heartfelt condolence to H. E. Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, the Government and People of Tanzania, particularly the families of the dead, injured, and those affected by flood and landslide which occurred on 3rd December, 2023 in Katesh - Hanang district Tanzania. 

The tragic event has claimed no less than 65 lives and left many others injured and missing. Our prayers are with those who are still missing as a result of this sad event. We pray for their early and safe recovery.
