The High Commission was privileged to receive Prof Elifas Bisanda, Vice Chancellor, Open University of Tanzania. Prof. Bisanda was the Guest Speaker at the 13th Convocation of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) held on 12th April 2024 in Abuja.

Bana and Chief Nabil Ahmed Saleh, President of PHCCIMA The High Commissioner meets with the leadership of the Port Harcourt Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (PHCCIMA) in Port Harcourt Rivers State on Friday, 2nd July, 2021. PHCCIMA is the leader of the private sector in River State. Rivers State is regarded as a gateway to the oil rich region of the Niger Delta in Nigeria. This meeting is intended to deliver a platform for linking the business community of the Niger Delta in Nigeria and their counterparts in Tanzania via the chambers of commerce.
